My order from Rogue Rider Industries was mostly what I asked for, so I’ll give them that. The main item was correct and arrived in good shape, which is obviously the important part. But one smaller item wasn’t the one I picked, and that kind of makes you wonder how carefully they’re checking orders. I had to go back through everything and reach out to them, which was a little annoying. They did respond eventually, so that was good, just not exactly quick. Overall, it was fine, but I’m not totally convinced their order accuracy is where it should be.

I thought ordering would be quick like they make it sound, but the checkout page froze on me twice. I tried again thinking maybe it was just a glitch, but it kept messing up, so I finally gave up.

The bracket holes didn’t line up with my bike, so I ended up messing with it way more than I should’ve had to. Seems like these things never fit right out of the box, which is annoying.

The website kind of turned me off right away. It looks old and a bit messy, like the pages were put together without much thought. Some sections feel cramped and harder to read, especially on my phone, and the colors/images don’t really feel polished. I was expecting something cleaner and more modern, but it just came across kind of rough and cheap... not the best first impression

It took a few days to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt rushed like they were just trying to get through the message. I get that things can get busy, but a simple acknowledgment or apology for the delay would’ve gone a long way. Not the worst experience overall, but the service definitely needs improvement

I ordered this expecting it to show up quickly, but the shipping took way too long. The product itself was fine once it finally got here, but the whole waiting around with barely any updates was really frustrating. Not awful overall, just a annoying experience.

I had a frustrating experience trying to sort out a return and warranty issue. You’d think getting a clear answer would be simple, right? Instead, I felt like I had to keep following up just to get anywhere, and even then the replies weren’t very helpful.

Maybe other people have had better luck, but this really left a bad impression on me. If something goes wrong after you buy, shouldn’t support be the easy part? Based on my experience, I wouldn’t expect it to be quick or smooth

I bought this from Rogue Rider Industries, i was disappointed with the install instructions. I’ve liked Rogue Rider stuff in the past, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this was frustrating. Some steps felt like they were missing, the pictures didn’t match the parts I had, and I spent way too much time just trying to figure out what went where. The product itself might be decent, but the instructions made the whole install way more annoying than it needed to be. I knew right away this wasn’t packaged well. The box showed up completely crushed, my snap judgment was that whoever packed it didn’t put much care into it...

i mean, the communication was frustrating. I had to keep reaching out just to get any kind of update, and even then the replies were barely clear or helpful...

I kept having to stop, double-check things, and basically guess how pieces were supposed to line up. It took way longer than it should have, and even after all that, the fit still didn’t feel quite right to me. Definitely not something I’d recommend for a beginner

I bought this part from Rogue Rider it seemed fine at first. But after using it for a bit, it started wearing out way faster than I expected?! Definitely not something I’d trust for daily use. Disappointed considering what I paid.

The stuff looks decent enough, and shipping went fine, so no complaints there. I just personally feel like the quality doesn’t quite match the price. I’ve bought similar gear before that felt better for the money, so this one didn’t really feel worth it to me.
